Blackboard Ally is not always showing the Ally accessibility score for files in Canvas. This seems to be primarily affecting courses that have been copied from previous semesters, with older content showing the accessibility score, and new uploaded files not showing the accessibility score. New courses do not seem to be affected. We are investigating the cause of this issue and have reached out to Blackboard Ally support.
