Exercise is Medicine is a global health initiative managed by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIM-OC) is another movement to engage campuses in exercise. Humboldt is officially registered in ACSM EIM-OC.

Pre-Test (free, optional): Body Composition (Body weight and percent Body fat), Waist circumfrence, Blood pressure, and mood and Grit-Assessments.
